Race Equality First – Not All Go Gentle into That Good Night

Help us Improve End of life Care for Wales’s Ethnically & Religiously Diverse
Communities.

What is this project about?
We are gathering the experiences of people from ethnically and/or religiously
diverse communities in Wales who have been involved in end-of-life care.
Your insights will help shape recommendations to improve palliative and end
of-life services so they better meet the needs of Wales’s diverse
communities.

Who can take part? (All experiences and perspectives are
valuable)
Anyone with experience of end-of-life care who:
Has cared for a loved one
Is currently caring for someone
Has professional experience in palliative or end-of-life care
Is part of an ethnically or religiously diverse community in Wales

What does taking part involve?
A one-to-one interview (in person or online) lasting 30–60 minutes.
We will discuss your experiences of care, the support you received, any
barriers you faced, and what could be improved.
Will my information be confidential?
Yes. Your name and identifying details will never be included in any report.
You will be given a random participant name, and any quotes used will be fully
anonymous.
